Booking an Event at Paulus Orchards

Booking now for 2012.

***Please print and read this page prior to booking***

1. On the reservation page, click "register,"  or if you have booked with us before enter your e-mail address to access your information.

2. Group name = name of your school, your family, or your business.

3. Select tour option:

   1. Outdoor Birthday Party (Saturdays/Sundays, $125/two hours.  In comment box you may request pumpkin or apple picking, coloring books, meal options, or extra guests.)

   2. Indoor Birthday Party (Saturdays/Sundays, $150.  In comment box please tell us if you want cupcake, pizza, or cookie party)

   3. Evening Party in Sept., Oct., or Nov. (Fridays/Saturdays, September - November, minimum charge $250.  In comment box you may request meal options.)

   4. Evening Party in July or August (Fridays/Saturdays, July - August, minimum charge $225.  In comment box you may request meal options.)

   5. School Tour (weekdays, $6/child, minimum charge $72.  If you have more than 40 total people please book consecutive times for each group of approximately 25 people.  For example, a group of 75 should book three slots such as 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00.  You may arrive prior to your start time, as early as 9:30 am, and play in our play area while waiting for your tour. Picnic area will be reserved for your group an hour after your scheduled tour time.)

   6. Weekend Group Admission to the Maze (Groups of 15 or more booked at least 24 hours in advance get $1/person discount.)

   7. Flashlight Maze (Groups of 15 or more booked at least 24 hours in advance get $1/person discount.)

4. At the bottom of the page please enter the number of adults and children and the date of interest. 

5. Use the "Check Availability" option to see times available. (If you need to book multiple time slots for the school tour this is when you want to make sure there is a start time every 30 minutes.  For example, you want to make sure it has 10, 10:30, and 11 all available if you have 75 people.  If you see 10 and 11 but no 10:30, then there is a group already scheduled for 10:30 am.)

6. The program will ask you for a rain date.  The rain date tells us your preference, but the date and time are NOT held.  We will do our best to reschedule your event for that time, but that may not be possible.  All rain dates will need to be confirmed by phone if original date needs to be changed.

7. If you are booking a birthday party or an evening party, please mail a $30 non-refundable deposit to Paulus Orchards, 522 E. Mount Airy Rd., Dillsburg PA  17019 or call (432-2544) with a credit card number within seven days of booking your party to hold your party.  Deposits are refunded if party is cancelled due to rain.
