In the Kitchen:
The kitchen is currently closed for lunches until next season, but we are still making apple cider donuts and apple crisp for the weekends.
Ice Cream Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Green Mint Chip, Cotton Candy, Cookies and Cream, Raspberry, No Sugar Added Butter Pecan, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Peanut Butter Swirl, and Moosetracks. Any of these flavors can be made into a milkshake!
Our kitchen manager, Kim Young, also offers a variety of classes throughout the year such as making applesauce, canning, and children's classes.
